Have you ever thought of changing your job? There are a lot of people in the world who do it every few years.

As for me, I don`t support the idea of job hopping. I can`t understand persons going from one place to another. Firstly, they put their reputation at risk. Employers may think they are not reliable enough and it is a straight way to instability and unemployment. Secondly, job hoppers deprive themselves of work experience. It is not good for career prospects and professional development.

Some specialists however believe that it is important for everyone to change one`s working place every five years. First of all, in their opinion, people do their best during this period of time. Then they lose interest and start hating the routine. Besides, the desire to change the job is often regarded as creativity and good ambition.

That may be true but I personally don`t think of another profession. I`ve been working for seventeen years but I can`t say it is monotonous. It gives me joy and personal development. Despite all the hardships, it makes me happy.

To sum up, career management is a great thing. Think of the benefits and disadvantages of your work. Even if you see a lot of drawbacks, there is no need to change it immediately. Try to love your job, this is my advice for everyone.
