Some people have an opinion that sport is good and they dream of becoming professional athletes. On the other hand, some people consider sport as a waste of time. What are advantages and disadvantages of professional sport?
On the one hand, sport helps people to stay in good shape and be healthy. Besides, it gives you a great opportunity to travel all over the world if you are in professional sport. You can see different countries, meet different peoples. Moreover, when you get an award in some kind of sport, you get satisfaction and good mood.
On the other hand, it is really hard to become a professional athlete. You have to work properly to achieve good results or even be born a talented sportsman. Then athletes can get serious traumas. They can be disabled for the rest of their life.
As for me, I think that you can get a success in any area if you really wish it. Everything depends on you and your hard work. As well as, you have to begin training since the early childhood.
In conclusion, I believe that despite all disadvantages sport is useful and gives excellent opportunities in your life. To become a professional athlete is difficult but it is possible at the same time.
