Some people continue smoking in spite of all warnings.
Smoking is harmful for health of every person. Smoking is very dangerous. These phrases are heard each of us. At the moment there are many laws which don't allow smoking in public places in our country.
I think smokers don't understand they will have a lot of problems in old age. Firstly smoking causes a lot of serious diseases such as cancer, acute stroke and many others. Secondly nicotine is a substance that causes an addiction like drug. Thirdly people who smoke have a bad breath, yellow teeth, a decrepit body and premature wrinkles.
An opposite statement is that smoking is some kind of opportunity to calm down. Lighting a cigarette, a smoker believes that this cigarette helps him immediately at the stressful situations. Others say that they like a taste and a smell of cigarettes. Some smokers say if they stop smoking they’ll gain weight. The others speak that they do not want to die healthy. I want to die healthy and don’t decrepit an old woman in 40 years.
In conclusion, I’d like to say some people continue smoking in spite of all warnings. Statistics shows that 44 millions of women, men, teenagers and even children smoke in Russia. They do harm to themselves and the health of those people who surround them. Of course it is choice of everyone to smoke or not to smoke, but smoking shortens our lives.
