People have been doing something for pleasure since time immemorial. Nowadays some adults and young people believe that it is necessary to have hobby. Such people can not imagine their life without favorite things.
In my opinion it is great to have a hobby. First of all, it broadens horizons. People can learn more than the ones without much enthusiasm. Hobby helps to spend your free time, it is much better than wasting it. Secondly, hobby is sometimes a talent of a human and therefore it often becomes more than just a hobby. Some people earn money doing things that they love to do, they just combine their hobby with their profession.
On the other hand, some people claim that if you spend too much time on your hobby you can forget about school, about work and about other important things. You need to know measure in all. Sometimes hobby can be dangerous not only for you but for people around you.
I strongly disagree with this view because it is really not fair to make other people suffer from your joy.
Despite other people’s opinion I still believe that it is great to have hobby as it helps do rest and relax.
