Many people think that it is more important to have a talent. However, the others believe that discipline will lead you to real success.
I suppose, if you do something not sparing yourself, you will come to success. Perhaps, it will not be so quick as it is when you have a talent but you will do it through your own hard work. Also, if you are really working on you will know the true price of success. And you will constantly work on yourself to stay on top.
On the other hand, talented people achieve the success faster. But then they get an illusion that any job is easy and will just go with the flow. And, finally, there are some professions such as actors, singers, artists, musicians and etc., in which without talent people won't be successful even if they apply plenty of efforts.
Nevertheless, I am still conviced that in any job discipline is more important than talent. If a person is idle and does nothing, his grant will be burried in vain. Talent is like an instument a person should work with thus if he does not work hard in the end of his life he has just the same what he has had in its beginning – his talent.
In conclusion, I want to say that discipline has more advantages than talent. Talent is only a small part on the way to success. Only hard work and efforts help you to achieve your goals.
