Some people believe that all teenagers should have a cell phone.
Nowadays a great number of boys and girls own and use mobile phones. There are two opposite opinions about advantages and disadvantages of this popular device. Some people believe that the using of cell phones by children should be limited because of potential health risks. Other people are sure that this modern gadget is helpful if it used for the right purpose.
I agree with the point of view that every teenager should have a mobile phone. Firstly, it allows parents to keep in touch with their sons and daughters. Secondly,this device is especially useful if children have to commute a long distance. Finally, a cell phone gives children access to emergency services.
Nevertheless, we can find a contrary point of view. Some people think that teenagers and young children should limit phone calls because of possible harmful side effects from radiation. To their mind, children are at greater risk of certain kinds of brain tumors.
Despite other people’s opinion, I still believe that a cell phone is definitely helpful device if it is used correctly and carefully. It is an important present means of communication.
To sum it up, I think young children have to use mobile phones. This device allows to contact parents and their children and helps them be safe.
